Learning how to detox your body is all about understanding how your body works, and being aware of the impact of toxins and man made chemicals on us. Toxins are things like pesticides used in crop production, car exhaust fumes in the air we breathe, and even the chlorine and fluoride in the water we drink.
Our bodies are unable to keep up with the bombardment of these toxins, which ultimately starts to adversely affect our health.
