  1. I’m sorry I cant provide you with any personal experience with the master cleanse diet, however I have gone through a wide regimen of detox supplements and diets myself and all have left me feeling exhausted and lethargic. I’m not sure what this detox in titles you to do, but I wouldn’t suggest taking on any physically or mentally demanding tasks which might land you in the hospital.

  4. I think I’m really going to like the TaiChi when I get it all figured out! It’s not a diet that I’m doing. It’s a cleanse to detoxify the body. The lemons and maple syrup sustain the calories I need and gives me the energy just like any other normal day. The cayenne pepper keeps the metabolism up and heats up the body so move all the toxins out of my system. I never go into starvation mode…the maple syrup has way too many calories for that. I can drink as much as I want. This is not for forever, it’s temporary. I know you’re not trying to be prickly and you care about me. I love that and so very much appreciate that! If you do some research on the master cleanse on the internet, you’ll find about an equal amount of folks who endorse it and who don’t. I’m doing this for a whole host of reasons, which I’m very much looking forward to the benefits from. I believe this cleanse will not only clean out my body, it will also help with the attachment I have to food both physical and emotional. I’m also combining this with a spiritual fasting. I’m doing a lot of meditating, praying, and listening to God. In just 5 days I’ve learned some things that I wouldn’t have if I didn’t make such a commitment and sacrifice. I’m not sure if anyone is really going to understand the “whys” behind what I’m doing. All I can say is that it IS safe, I’m being monitored well by professionals and God is in it! I’m not saying this is for everyone and that it’s the greatest thing since sliced bread but at this time in my life, it’s exactly what I need. No worries, really its ok, I promise.
