If it's just ordinary tobacco, well I'm unsure as no one in my country tests for it as it's not illegal. Dope and other substances however are a totally different question. The only thing that can remove it from your system is time. It can take up to 8 weeks from the point of quitting for it to be undetectable to urinalysis for constant users (much longer for hair analysis). My advice would be to stop now and do a lot of exercise in between, try and loose a few pound and drink 3-5 litres of water everyday and eat healthy foods that boost your metabolism. Good Luck mate!
