1. …you could smoke until the day before this test if you wanted to! All you have to do is drink a ton of water the day before and pee and pee and pee and pee and pee….but just in case..I’d go with not smoking 3-4 days prior and drinking lots of fluids! =0) Hope I helped

2. Umm, that depends on what you’re smoking.

   If it’s just ordinary tobacco, well I’m unsure as no one in my country tests for it as it’s not illegal.

   Dope and other substances however are a totally different question. The only thing that can remove it from your system is time. It can take up to 8 weeks from the point of quitting for it to be undetectable to urinalysis for constant users (much longer for hair analysis).

   My advice would be to stop now and do a lot of exercise in between, try and loose a few pound and drink 3-5 litres of water everyday and eat healthy foods that boost your metabolism.

   Go to your local head shop (a place where they sell pipes, bongs, hookahs, etc) and purchase urine detox kit. Just ask the employees there what you need to purchase so that you can pass a drug test. Tell them it’s just pot and they will direct you to the right section of the store. Viola!!!!
   Problem solved.
   If by chance you don’t have a head shop because you are in a teeny tiny city then email me and I will try to help you as best as I can.
   If you are a bit nervous about the reliability of the urine cleanse then what you can do is go to your local Pharmacy & purchase a drug test kit. Then use it to test yourself so that you may see that it works. I have done it numerous times. I have passed EVERY single time.
