first you need to explain to them that people of all ages play video/pc games and it isn't just for teenagers. name someone which both you and your parents know who plays games and use that person as an example.

then try to show them that it is a harmless game, no violence, swearing etc.

and then tell them you will do something in return eg. wash the dishes, water the flowers, homework on time etc.

try asking his doctor about it, they should be able to point you in the right direction as well as what the last person before me said…do some research into that kind of dog.
