I would look on some spa websites and see what other kinds of services are offered…you could do waxing, spray tanning, make up.

I love Bobby V too! I saw him driving on the Southern State Parkway here on LI one night years ago, license plate “Bobby V”, and he smiled and waved. But he was a great mgr and could def spark this team. He can NOT go to the Nats, b/c you are right – welcome our new rivals! Bring Bobby V back to Shea, er, Citi!! lol

When I'm writing my books, I let the characters flow to me naturally. Sometimes I will think of a person that I may know personally (or else have seen from a movie or a TV show) and switch their traits and personality around a bit to create my own character. I also think to myself, "If this book were a movie, what character would people see?"
Do I want the main character to be extremely attractive, or just average? What color hair, eyes, weight, height….how do they dress? How do they act? Do they have any habits, whether annoying or funny? What does the spouse of this character look like? (That can help a lot, too.) Have you ever been walking on the street and thought, "They really are an odd couple."
It's really fun to put characters together. Our imagination is so powerful, but we rarely use it. Just give it a try, and good luck!
