I’ve done The Master Cleanse to detox my body and it was fantastic. I honestly never felt better than when I was on that cleanse.

Try a nutritional cleanse — Isagenix is the best one on the market. It is not medication, but complete nutrition designed to detox your body. Here’s a good video that explains the program:
Cleansing is great, and vital to your health, but you need to do it correctly. The purpose of a cleanse is to detox your body AND give your body the nutrients it needs to regenerate clean, healthy cells.
Most cleanses — like the master cleanse — do detox your body, but do nothing for restoring balance to your system. For example, your body is building about 1 billion new cells each day. If you cleanse without flooding your body with super-absorbable nutrients, your body has to create new cells out of whatever is left over in your system after you cleanse– which is usually mineral, vitamin, protein and fat deficient.
This is why Isagenix is so different, and so much better than anything else on the market. The Isagenix cleanses flush your entire system (colon included) of all the junk, while simultaneously flooding your cells with super nutrition. This way, when your body starts building new cells — they are made out of the best “parts” available.
This will help your body regenerate parts of your body that need help. Other benefits of this type of cleanse are: eliminating unhealthy cravings, weight loss, better sleep, more energy, sharp intellect and clear skin.
Of course, I am biased, and completely endorse the Isagenix product line
Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!

Whatever you do, DON’T do that “master cleanse” bullsh!t, or any of that Isagenix crap!! Sounds like you need to go back on Coca-Cola — you were doing better before you quit!

detoxing shouldnt make you sick - obviously you will have withdrawal symptoms such as headaches, sometimes really bad ones almost like a miagraine, as coke has caffeine in it. but shouldnt make you sick, maybe nausea but not vomiting or diareah. you dont have to take pills or anything but maybe go to a Doctor for advice, tell him you dont want drugs but oyu need help, get a proper check up to see if it is the coca cola or maybe something underlying. or a dietician or natropath. they will be able to give you advice without drugs. Also coke rots your stomach, yeah it taste good and even i drink it from time to time, but its real sh*t stuff have you seen what it does to a coin. it will clean a coin when left in it. so just think what it has done to your gut lining. Anyway get some professional advice best way to find out.

The only thing that i would recommend is juice fasting. This is by far the healthest for you and actually tastes good. I did the master cleanse and I only lasted three days I didn’t enjoy what I was drinking. I juice fasted for two days and it was awesome.

Ok, been here done this. You do have to give yourself some time to detox from reg deo, you may sweat even more for a while til your pits adjust. My fav is Dermalogica Environmental Control, it’s 20 bucks but has lasted forever (more than a yr) it smells fantastic, I also alternate with Kiss my Face LIQUID rock lavender.

In the early 1990’s conservatives along with the healthcare industry spent lots of money lying about Hillary’s plan. As a consequence, we are spending about twice as much to day as we did then on healthcare. This is the supposedly beneficial outcome of a competetive marketplace. (Of course the most competetive aspect is the search for innovative excuses to avoid paying for treatment of those who are insured.)
I would hope that no Democrats forgets or forgives the sleazy efforts of the conservatives and their Republican henchmen who spread the lies that killed off any chance of universal coverage. Those lies made many CEO’s very rich and made many citizens bankrupt as is deemed only natural by the GOP and its financiers.
The rich must be made richer, the poor made poorer and the middle class must be choked off into poverty. It is the unstated credo of the Republican Prty and is evident by looking at its legislative efforts. (Has there ever been any Republican legislation that has aided the poor and middle class without also shifting much more wealth towards those who do not need it?)
