One site says on average, it takes about 45 seconds for blood to circulate from the heart, all around the body, and back to the heart again.
Another site says 23 seconds.
Either way, it’s under a minute.

Well it depends on how you define a complete single circuit and how intense your level of exercise, what type of exercise, and if it is local or total body general exercise. If you are counting the time for blood flow to reach to the periphery (extremities of fingers and toes) whether you are holding something like weights tightly also effects the flow through those vessels.
When you are working out you are not detoxifying but creating metabolic waste products that increase toxic loads. For example at higher than comfortable talking workout intensity you are producing lactates (incomplete burning of glucose) which changes the pH (acid-base level) of the blood that stresses your body out more.
When you are done your workout and either walk/jog/swim slowly at a low level of your maximal capacity this allows your body’s blood flow to continue without increasing muscle fatigue and allows the muscle lactates to be not only flushed but they are burned up by muscle, including heart muscle by the way as well as some of the lactates are taken care of by the liver as well. This is actually more like detoxifiying at this point — the recovery phase of your workout.
The comparison to aspirin really doesn’t hold since there is a period of time that aspirin or other similar compounds remain in the blood stream until they are metabolized and disappear. The period of time for this effect to occur for certain compounds can be as long as 28 to 30 days. Hope this sheds some light on the area for you. Blessings, H

I have watched their shows since they first started and love them! Their used to be an at least a few months block between the filming and when the episode aired, but in the last season or so they have cut down that time to about a month or less. The chair interviews are just taken at random times, after the other filming has been done and reviewed for the episode so they know what to interview them about. Then that has to be edited into the episode before it airs. Hope this helps! =)
